I'm currently in the process of switching out my dash lights. The HVAC uses 4 #74 bulbs (T1.5 LED Twist Lock Lamp).

You could also wire normal leds inside the enclosure which would make the project much cheaper. I bought a 50 pack of PLCC-2 smt's which you need for the HVAC buttons for 8.50 from ebay. I also got a 50 pack of 3mm and another 50 pack of 5mm with free resistors for 3.99 and 4.99 respectively.

you have the write web site its the best one for our interior lights BUT if you buy the (T1.5 LED Twist Lock Lamp) the light output will be so poor it will hardly light up they are just stock bulbs with color if your wanting to switch them out you need to get the (74-HPx3 bulbs) you wont be sorry
