OH YEAH back to what this thread was about. the 2011 focus 5dr looks like a mini wagon or crossover vehicle. the headlamps could had a better design.

Totally agree. Has not Ford given us the opportunity to voice our opinions? Yes, they have and still are. Write letters or what need you be. We need to stand behind them.

Yes, it does have some fail parts on it, but didn't all our focus at one point in time have something that failed hardcore on it? When I got my 05; I hated the badges, the hub caps, and various other thing. Those have since changed. With the 2008 came the dreaded fake chrome. How many people did we see change that? If you do buy one, think of it as little imperfections and think of ways to change them. You never know. We could all photoshop a 3 door hatch and mail it to ford and help change their mind. I give it a year or so and we will all embrace our next gen Focus.

I absolutely love it. I think the design team did a fantastic job. We've waited a long time to get the final product and I'm not disappointed at all. The interior is laid out very well, the front end looks amazing, the rear end looks slightly better than average and it will have a bit more horsepower. I couldn't be happier with how it came out. This WILL be my next car.

It was the new edgy styling that led me to buy the first generation. It was something that wasn't like a civic or a corolla. I think the styling here is a lot of the same though I do see the Venza resemblance (but that's ok too, b/c I like those).

Thank you ford for bringing something less lame out. Now, they just need a high performance model.

writing letters does little. im sure ford basis their decision economically and not on love or emotion. everyone does this. alot of things we love and want but cant do because its not cost effective. either u get right the first time or not.
u can build on something but so far it doesnt look great.

yes as usual were all waiting for ford to get it right. thats the sad part were all loyal dogs hoping for that t-bone steak and all were getting is dry food. weve been trying to be optimistic since 05. some of us will bite the hand that feeds us and be set free and find out that the grass is greener on the other side.
