How do you remove the window winder from the rear doors

Fellas, i'm losing the plot on this one.
I'm trying to replacing the rear door speakers, but seen have lost the plot right now, as i;ve got no idea how to remove the rear door window winder so that i can remove the panel. can anybody help me on this or know if we already have a thread telling how to do this. with pictures. lol

I tried doing the same and i just couldnt do it.
I didnt want to break it so i gave up on the idea :(

go to an auto parts store and get a window crank removal tool. it slides behind the handle to realease a C-clip thats holding it on. just be careful. they like to pop out and go flying
