For 2010, the model year code restarted at A; B for 2011, etc.
A was last used in 1980, btw.

Those with 2000 Focus models will have Y, then 1 for '01, etc. VIN's skip I, O, Q, U, and Z.

Hmmm... I can't get the decoder to work on any of my Fords. Get the same message:

Nevermind... got it to work on my iPhone of all things

So I've got an SE sedan and have been told that its rare because I have the 16v 2 liter Zetec dohc engine in it.

Any input?

I don't know if it's "rare" but very nice! I have an SE Wagon with the ZETEC which you don't find everyday.
