Never had much luck doing that type repair but most shops use a good 3M spray adhesive to keep layers of foam together. Then maybe a layer of thin, strong material over the break like a band aid to help hold it. I would recommend new foam if you can find it.

Hmmm... has me thinking it would be nice to beef up the foam I have in my seats to get them to 'hug' me more.

Im pretty sure the standard 00-04 seat foam is the same, but the SVT seats are beffier in that spot and wouldnt work.

That'd either be fixed by steaming the foam to rejuvinate it, or glue scrim foam then grind to shape with a 5 inch grinder. Unless warranty fixes this for you :D
