People keep asking about autocross tracks and there really isn't such a thing. Autocross is done anywhere you can find a big enough piece of paved dirt. (and it doesn't even have to be paved...rallycross)
Your best bet is go to http://www.scca.org then go to find a region near you. Then find your local region and call them. I tried to find it for you but I don't know if your upper or lower mich. Another way is to get hold of any sportscar place around and ask them about local SCCA. They will be able to put you in touch with someone.
