o2 oxygen sensor wiring diagram

Hi all,

we are in the middle of tuning with Tom, and our o2 sensor isn't working. when we put the key on the on position, we are definately getting 12v to one of the wires, but the o2 sensor won't heat up. we have 4 sensors, his original, one that came with his header, and 2 brand new bosch. does anyone here have a diagram of what all 4 wires should be at (voltage, etc)?? i have a volt meter and really want to get this fixed today... actually not only today, but within the next hour or 2. any feedback is appreciated

tia

ok so I've ruled out that its not the 12v.... instead it is the ground. where does my o2 sensor ground to? i've checked the entire negative off my battery terminal, everything is checking out. i want to know, where does my o2 sensor ground to?? which is why i need a diagram

thanks
