Cheap, easy seat for ZX3.

So, the fabric on my 2002 ZX3 drivers seat is starting to tear. It never offered that much lower back or lateral support anyway. I'm a delivery driver and I get into/out of the car a whole bunch. Comfort and support are my two requirements, in that order. I'm 6 feet tall, about 160 pounds. What seats should I be looking at that won't break the bank and will be easy to install? No power options in the car so electronic issues are no biggie.

Nobody? What are the best front seats to look for other than the SVTs? If I could bolt in a set of newer more supportive Focus buckets that would work.

You can bolt in any front seats. I've heard even 08-10 will work with the 00-07's. The 05+'s have a different design (stiching) and a little more bolster and some of them are heated... So look for a totaled 05-07 and get heated seats out of the deal. The local pick a part here only charges $12.95 with a $1 dollar core charge. I keep waiting to find a set of heated ones I like.

The SVT seats don'e do anything for added lower back support. I find my seats in my ZX3 had more side to side support compared to the SVT.

To me, the '08 seats feel much better. I've been hoping to find a pair used when I have some money. For now, the inflatable lumbar cushion between the foam and the springs inside the seat helps a whole lot.
