that sounds right for weight, i'm at 2280 w/o me in the car or a full tank. but i have 2 seats and a custom built harness bar.

replace all your windows with plexiglass. go to the track with 1/4 tank.
take out your windshield washer bottle and motor and lines. take your Rear bumper reinforcement off. fender liners, damn i could go on forever,
if my car wasnt svt then this thing would weigh absolutely nothing.

HA HA! ive done all that you listed here already except for plexiglass, witch i would love to do soon! i heard its about 50 lbs less with those!

Im guessing mine is closer to 2,150 lbs cause i had put back in qiute a few heavy items, like stock hood instead of carbon fiber, carpet and insulation, stereo, speakers, and heater blower motor and most of the plastics, Im going to wait till next spring when i gut it again im going to get an accurate wieght taken, im curiouse to what it really is when its Race Ready!! Shit the next race i do is JAnuary 10, 2010 so its not that far away! But it sounds like yours is just like mine when its gutted out! thats sweet, I cant wait to supercharge mine! well the only advantage to the rota's over stock wheels is that they are wider and maby a few ounces lighter. if you want to pay a couple hundred bucks for those wheels then go ahead. i thought about doing that for awhile and ive decided to just find someone to cut and widen my stock wheels about an inch. however you can run 215/50's on the stock wheels without widening them. remember you can only get a tire so wide under there before you cant drive the darn thing anymore.

2150 seems a bit light, not gonna lie, the lightest guy i've EVER seen on here was 2210 a while back. he had CF everything, cut out ALOT of metal from the interior, race alluminum seat, no dash, braille battery, the works. you'd have to cut off ur roof and make it a convertable to get down in the 2100's.

so did you take out the AC?
if so take off the front bumper reinforcement (if you understand if you get in a wreck you may total the car easier.)

ya ac is gone but didnt want to risk totallying it with out front brace.
