Tom's Re-tune

I just want to be clear on this. I plan on taking my custom tune out when I take my car in for emmisions testing. do I:
1 - Load original tune, from back-up, into my car.
Take it in for testing, then:
1 - Reload Tom's tune from my computer onto the Predator
2 - Load Custom tune, back into my car from the Predator
Have I got this straight?

just curious.. but why? Unless they hook up the ECU to a computer and see the second O2 turned off.. I wouldn't see the point of pulling the tune off and then reinstaling it just for an inspection...

They cannot see the rear o2 turned off , you should be fine to do your test with the tune in

Thanks for the all your responses. I think I will switch out the tune, just to be on the safe side, since it's so easy.
