Why not just buy the STEEDA front stress bar?

I tried to put my focus central strut bar on yesterday, and the thing friggin crushes my intake. I'm gonna try again today, maybe I can move it around so it'll fit.

I would assume that the Focus Central Front Strut Bar would fit since it's sold on the Steeda website..... if you look at the design of the FC one and the STEEDA one, I think they are both the same actually..... not 100% sure though but then again, Steeda rebadges just about everything they sell.....

I just got a focus sport front stress, and it would not fit on at all. Three of the bolts would go on but the one was almost 1/4 of an inch off. I have an 04 svt zx5 and my mom has a 04 four door focus and it fits right on with no problem. I was afraid to put to much force on the nut so i would not strip them. Does everybody on an svt fit right or is something wrong.
