Post WTB: Assorted Go/Stop/Turn Fast Parts!

REVISED 01/19/10

UPDATE: I've scored the North Viking Rear Wing that was once on Randy's FocusSport racecar, and have also ponied up the cash for new set of Cosworth conrods. I've not made much progress on finding anyhting else, so most of this WTB list is still valid. I now also have the correct manifold I need, and all the lower end parts have been purchased.

OK FF crew, I've survived my first year road racing the Focus.

Now that I have that under my belt, I'm on a new but simple mission for the 2010 season...

More HP, less weight, on a budget! (shooting for 200WHP @ 2450 LBS!)

IF you are selling any of the following items, or know of where I might find them I would appreaciate a PM and a chance to buy. I'm not going to pay top dollar for used stuff, but if it's functional and you want to turn unwanted parts into cash I'm your man. If it's on this list and for a decent price new or used consider it sold!

Engine: (2.3L DURATEC)
  • UDP - just the crank pulley really, I don't need the larger WP pulley.
  • Adjustable Cam Gears.
Clutch:
  • Alum flywheel, brand is not important
  • 3 or 4 puck solid clutch plate and moderate pressure plate, brand is not very important.

Body:
Fiberglass or CF parts - Minor Cracks/Chips OK, it's going on a track car. Remeber I'm looking to save weight, I'm not going to be interested in a 55lb CF "look" hood. I know these things are expensive, I might just trim off some of the structural parts of the stock pieces to save weight, but if I find the right deal, I'll run with the custom parts.
  • Hood (2005-2007) MUST BE STOCK APPEARENCE, NO VENTS/SCOOPS!
  • Rear Hatch (ZX3/5)
I definitely want these items, or else I'll cut my own from stock sheets.
  • LEXAN Windshield (1/4" thick)
  • LEXAN 1/4 glass (ZX3) and Rear Window (ZX3/5) (1/8" thick)
I'm also looking for a beat up front bumper cover that I can cut up to make a splitter base from, or extend the whole thing lower to the ground. Send info and pics if you have a ratty bumper you want to make a few bucks on.
Suspension:
Anyone have a set of Steeda Tubular LCA's?
Wheels:
I'm only interested in one type, Team Dynamics Pro Race 15X8I'll probably have to get these as new, but just throwing that one out here just in case.

Got a loose one or two? Drop me a PM as long as they are straight.

ive got a beat up front bumper ill send your way. my dear old dad had a disagreement with a telephone pole. it didnt screw up the bumper itself but it did make a horrible mark on the bumper where the paint came off.

Thanks!

If it's an 05-07 bumper that would work for me!.

What do you need for shipping to 07644?

Wow, that's nice of you to consider that.

OK, the car is liquid gray, but black, white, or CD silver would be good second choices.

If you spot anything PM me.

Cheers!

Thanks, but I just recently swapped some new hawk HP+ pads for some used SVT brackets and rotors, so I have that as a back-up plan if I can't work out something lighter with 4 piston calipers etc before next spring.
