It was probably some rentacop company..... I highly doubt that any city would use a focus as a cop car..... expecially Kansas City.....

Most rentacop companies prefer either Hondas or police look a likes (crown vics or caprices)
I should know, i have worked for several.

Not saying a rentacop company would never use a focus, i just find it unlikely.

the mall here has a mitsubishi outlander so go figure. it looks too much like a subaru outback to me... but i wouldn't put em past using a focus, all they do is drive around flashing that little revolving light, might as well look good doing it

very good point, very good point.

but speaking of good looking renta cop cars... the rich bass turd mall has a few Mercedes M Class SUVs patrolling the lots.

I actually have seen several secruity (parking lot police) vehicles that are Focus SE's. I mean afterall they dont need to go fast if their just going to give someone a WARNING!
