Tom and I have seen my AEM wideband showing 10.0 and my SCT livewire showing 10.3. The numbers aren't the same. not too cool when doing WOT pulls. as he isn't seeing what I am seeing while driving.
My fathers AEM and LM-1 are different than his SCT livewiere logs as well. Tom told me to go play around and try to get it synced. well, i got it ![]() EASY FIX to this: you know the (y*2)+10 equation for the AEM in livewire? well you have to tweak this until your wideband and livewire are reading the same. this is what I found, by adding and subtracting from the "+10" part of the equation. WHEN: AEM= 14.7 SCT = 15.3 or so. both were bouncing around. (I held the laptop screen right next to the AEM and watched the whole number (14.7) to see when it jumped. that was easier than watching tenths (14.7)and my brain hurting, LOL) my AEM was LOWER. I added to the +10 and it went off more. I subtracted till i got my AEM and Livewire equal. i ended up at: (y*2)+9.6 as my equation. now my AEM and Livewire are synced. i ended up with both whole numbers jumping up and down in number at the same time. then it was easier to watch the tenths and see they were now in sync as well. |
