hood, roof and bumper should have been the start point but my co-worker and boss ignored my opinions on that matter and that we should have taken all the badges off.
We are using avery vinyl and lam.
This is the first wrap for both my co-worker and i and this vans kind of a joke to learn on... looks great from a couple feet away but my opinions and suggestions mean nothing so we have a lot of wrinkles. But its a learning experience.

Pics soon from today.

Yocrew: any advice for applying window perf to a super round window like the back of that van? co-worker had a hell of a time doing it and its pretty rough and makes us mad.

Tomorrow should be pass. fender and front bumper... unless other stuff comes up first.

Are you guys using any heat while applying? If not then you might wanna try it. Window perf can be heated and stretched just like the wrap material. And i hope youre applying clear on too. But my main advice is heat and taking your time. Never get to comfy. Thats when high dollar mistakes happen.

I asked about heat (as ive seen people in videos do it) and my boss said no heat... so we did it cold (and its 40* in the back of the shop)

We are doing the rest of the wrap hot though...
More pics from today, including the bumper that im doing very well on for my first.

I wish the design matched up on the front bumper, i think that and the hood look silly, but w.e. i didnt design it

Your boss will learn from his mistakes. Even applying in that cold temp isn't recommended. Heat is now a must for you. Keep it up. Learn from your mistakes and learn the vinyl.
