j&s safeguard..
im getting mine in on thursdya or friday
my procharger isnt going to go one few a few months probably but would it hurt to get it hooked up while im still NA? thanks

hmm, does it replace the stock knock sensor? if so, id imagine you would need a tune.
do you have a flash tuner from Tom? if so, and since your still NA, he may send you a tune for free. not sure. if this is the case, you should ask him.

yeah i already have a tune, and no its stock knock sensor i believe you just wire into it or something

It would not hurt a thing to get it on and working and tested before FI , one more thing out of the way . You DO NOT need a Vac source to the J&S unit , Get your AF Gauge on and working before as well

OK sounds great,
but one issue i got my J&S from a fellow FF member and it didnt come with the ''vampire splices'' can i just cut into the wires and do it that way or what?

I wouldnt cut them no , those clips are easy to get , if you cut them you will need to solder them back

where do i source the clips from?
are they super special or anyting? i emailed J&S but im not looking to pay like a butt load for some freaking clip things. if anyone knows where i can get these please let me know. i want to hook this up this weekend.
