ecu reflash advice

So i've got an 06 duratec 2.0. It does this thing a ton of people have experience where I'll come to a light or stop and the rpms go very low and the engine acts like it wants to stall and the batt light comes on. After I speed up and the rpms go up it acts a lot better. I've tried to get to the bottom of this but it is impossible to figure out what is causing it. I am also pretty certain it isn't the alternator since it's charging. What I think it might be though is the ecu. I've heard more than one person say that they got theirs reflashed and they haven't had anymore problems like the one above. So my question is could the ecu do that and what will the ford people say when i go to the dealer and ask them to reflash my ecu to the newest... thing? Also how much do you think it'd cost? Something just isn't right, hopefully it turns out to be the ecu or i don't have anymore ideas cause no one has an answer to this, they just say it's a ford and that's the way it is! Ty. SPACE

Fords Flash cant fix it , Ford does not have a fix for this last time I checked

Many go with a custom tune and then the tuner has the ability to make the changes as he needs to to correct the hunting idle , I know I can cure this with a custom tune and xcal
