Power Liftgate

Hey anyone got any idea what all I would need from a edge to have the power liftgate I got a key like them and it works fine with the focus ive got an 06 hatchback.

that system is compicated as hell. youd be better off doing something custom

I really just need the the lift gate actuator and need to know how they work the trigger wire can be the release for the latch. Anyone got any ideas ive thought about stealing one off a wreaked car but I wanted to know if anyone knew what all I would need

all kinds of actuators out there I dont see why you couldnt buy one and then wire it so that it is tripped when you hit the trunk latch release button, so when you hit that it unlatches it starts to open at the same time.

the web course for ford (pre req. for going to class) is "power openings". it was by far the hardest one, it took some of the instructors more than 10 times to pass. i would really just get a custom set up

Im looking into options it should be pretty sweet when I figure it out.
Ive got some paint work to do and I may turbo my gsxr before I do anything else to my focus or I may decide to go the focussport route and turbo it
