How come the firmware hasnt been released yet? When i reinstalled my header and went to tune it, i was still having issues with it downloading after i pulled my fuse but i finally got it to go. Now once i got it to go i still get a CEL for o2 not being there so i have to talk to tom about it.

i was getting this same error code earlier. i just got a custom tune from tom and was getting pretty mad about not being able to load it into my car. i did just as blivit said like 20 minutes ago. i pulled fuse 32 and the file loaded right up. then i just plugged the fuse back in after the transfer and voila! custom tune installed. thanks blivit.

Well it took me like 7-8 trys before mine actually went through even with the fuse pulled.

Bumping this thread up, I had the same problem. The problem was that I had my key on when i was setting up the tuner, you are supposed to have the key off, then turn it on when they ask you to.

You guys are lucky to get it fixed from SCT. We had a six month download problem and spend days on the phone and they still have not fixed the knock sensor problem. It took having Tom come to Texas and download old programs on my lap top to get proper data downloads. I will never again update from sct.

Man i havent been on this forum in a long time since i bought my lightning. Speaking of this issue, hopefully i can get mine tuned back to stock because i dont think i can take her to emissions with the tune and header on correct? I cant remember what everyone decided as far as getting away with the tune and header at emissions?
