Getting screwed by the dealership!

So the dealership that i got my Focus from is now giving me the run around on my tags, title and licence. its been 79 days and i dont have em in my hands. I already had to use the 30 day general use permit on top of the normal 45 day permit they give you when you first get your new car. its all now expired! they said my title is in california and has been sent between AZ and cali 3 times. And its now out of their hands because its now my car. They told me that i need to now go to the MVD and get a class 1 inspection for my car! why? do they not have a title? is the inspection so that way they can file for an abanded title for the car? This is a well known dealership in tempe and i cant belive this s^i% is happening to me with a new car! They are very secretive about whats going on and wont tell me crap. I dont want to go back in to the dealership because i will loose it and end up in hand cuffs at the end of it. so i called 3 on your side! I can not let the name of the dealership out just yet because it may mess with a case if i need to build one.

Go to the 5 for action too. Get as many people involved as possible. You paid for all of that stuff when you bought the car, so they should have the paperwork or plates or whatever.----> http://www.kpho.com/news/17759459/detail.html

I definately would make them PAY BIG TIME for all that BS they're giving you. When I bought my car they forgot to calculate something into the final price and when I went to get it they asked me for more, all due to their fault. I bluntly asked them what was in it for me since they made the mistake and if they didn't come up with some very good stuff I'd simply cancel all of it. I got an extra set of OEM rims, new winter tires, free maintenance for a year and a full tank of gas. Finally when I paid the difference they realized quickly they still were at a loss with all they gave me. Stupid stealerships I call them.

good luck with that man, hope it turns out in your favor..... dealerships suck, no matter how "good" they are, once they get your money, its game over....

this will take it off of your mind :)

Oh yeah im going to make them pay and they will never forget me. They should have that title in hand when they sale the car or any car for that matter! And i understand sometimes things happen and people make mistakes but for them to tell me that its out of their hands now because i own the car changed the the whole game for me brotha.

I would like to know which dealership is doing this, since I work for a ford dealer close to Tempe. if for what ever reason it is the one I work for, I could probably get it straightened out rather quickly.
