Import Face Off -my update (56k Now)
well i was on the way to houston this morning for the show and i was turning onto 290 there was s snap from the motor.... insert sad face here. well i guess it was too good to be true from those of the more older members on this board know the long history of my car problem with the roush. i submit the following pics of what i was taking to the show this weekend....
       and the reason i cant make it now (well im still going but not taking a show car) look at the motor mount

going to have to buy a new motor mount. my car makes more torque than it should i guess the funny thing is that i just changed that motor mount three weeks ago.

That silverish thing doesn't look OEM ... ... but it's good you are still close to home when it happened.
I ran into an issue with the motor inbetween Dallas and Houston one time .... yeah ... lets just say a rescue team from either end was a 3-4 hour wait ... -Ray-

vf mount.... =( not the first time ive broken the mounts. well i mean they needed to chagned bc they busted out.

Now can this happen to any motor mount, I mean even if you don't have a spiced up engine can a regular mount just snap on you ?
I thought that those mounts were good like forever LOL
