so has the location been decided upon? or is it still in the air? i know on the first page you said a possible location but no definable plans.. btw... i put a post up on fj hoping to get a good showing...and talked to my team and so far most of them seem stoked about it..

I think the location will be the mall in the back of the parking lot by the main entrance. its by sears. And if we want to do something other than food court we can decide that when everyone gets there. I think it will be easier for everyone to gather there, its easy to find and we wont have to worry about parking. The only thing is the mall closes at 6:30, so we will probably just meet there then go somewhere to eat. There is also a ryans buffet near too. That would be great if you get more people, I would gladly accept it. Try to get them all to come. Are any of them members on here?

no... non of them have foci most of them drive nissans... theres and evo and scion and a couple of hondas...

tom pushed over that... now the problem your gonna have is getting traction.. now if you can find a way to hook it up well then you wouldnt need that much power to run that low in the quater.. i was gonna build a 450whp daily driven focus but when i got to 350whp i was like whats the point in going any higher.... i can smoke the tires now at 70mph just by flooring it and i have my fenders rolled with 225wide 198 compound soft tires... oh and h&r suspension.. also i didnt want to run race fuel all the time.. mines on pump gas and its a real safe tune..

i think i just convinced myself about what im gonna do. last night i met up with a friend of mine with a 351C fox body mustang with about 650-750hp on the bottle. the idiot cant keep traction with the car so he bought strait up slicks for it and drives around town with those. id never even seen the car go before and i watched him stage on the street last night and launch the hell out of it. ive never seen a car lift the front tires on the street before up until last night. its just stupid how well it hooks. i actually watched the tires spin about 1/4 turn when he launched and then he was gone. just for giggles i went home and put on my mickey thompson street radials and met up again. my car weighs half of what his does (with his fat ass driving anyway) and i was confident i would get him off the launch. no no i spun he didnt. even on a 75 shot off the line i didnt have a chance in hell. im doing the rwd conversion and doing a little tub work. never done it before so this could be fun.

i wanna go fast......

thats were my 87 fox is gonna come in. going to build the 302 for boost and drop a single T67 on it with about 18psi. its kinda a slow project but i should have most of the body work done in a few weeks. once that part is done ima put the svt down for a few weeks to get the engine issue fixed.
