Question: Will a RSB help, or hurt a FWD car in the 1/4? And, what about the FSB?

My car didn't come with the rear one, but I've got a SVT RSB, and links sitting here. Just haven't ordered the Steeda RSB brackets yet. When I raced mustangs, both sway bars came off. What about the Focus?

Thanks

EDIT: Maybe I should ask this in the suspension section.

my opinion is that you want the front as stiff as possible so it stays planted. before my eibach suspension and stiff mounts the front end would rise under load and stuff was slapping around. I put the stiff mounts all around, plus the springs and shocks, also the front brace. I am still thinking about more just to keep the tires flat and planted upon launch and burnout.

I guess you want that rear weight tranfer on the stangs, but imho the best you can do with a fwd is keep it stiff as possible.

Thank you, that's what I was looking for. Would you say that a RSB might keep the back from squatting as much?

Sadly, I already spent the money on a SVT RSB, and Moog endlinks. Maybe I'll keep them around for awhile. Thanks for your replies.

Got a tune. Testing it out next Friday night. Ford Racing valvebody install/write-up/street test, next Saturday. Track test soon after.
