No, it's an upgrade to the pre-existing flex pipe. I believe stock is 1 7/8" and this is 2 1/4". If you have an aftermarket Zetec header you would want one of these bad boys.
I noticed it looks orangish in the pictures, must be the lighting

Really? 80 shipped for a perfectly good flex pipe? The cheapest at CFM is $160 not including shipping. lol
