Eibach Pro Kit Springs

I just ordered Eibach Pro Kit Springs from New Edge Performance and was going to install them the weekend after they arrived. but was wondering if I should wait until i can get the cash to get the dampners to go with the springs. Will the springs be alright by themselves for the time being cause I need the drop bad. I searched the forum and didnt see anything specific on this or didnt look hard enough. Thanks for all the help in advance.

I installed mine on the stock dampers, no problem..... you don't need the Eibach Prokit Dampers right away but you will want to get them probably within a year or so MAX. The drop is really good, no problems with bottoming out, rubbing, etc.... and I got a body kit also. Eibach's Prokit is definitely the way to go for the typical daily driver....

I used the same install How To myself this weekend.

The only thing I did different is I left the 3 top screws in the top of the strut then pounded(rubber mallet) the strut out of the knuckle until it came out.
Then, I removed the 3 top screws to remove the front strut.

You'll love the handling and appearance from the drop.
My car feels like it's on rails and the duck dive at take off is minimized.

Just make sure to get an alignment after you get the springs on.

Here's a pic of the car after the drop.

Yeah definitely an alignment. Alot of people say you don't need to, even with the 1.5" drop that isn't that drastic but you do, it's a fact. An alignment costs very little compared to a new set of rear tires. All the suspension manufacturers recommend that you get an alignment after ANY changes are made to the suspension, be it dampers or springs, etc.....
