Rear middle over sholder seatbelt... ?? HOW

Hi all, sorry a newbie but we all have to start somewhere I guess. I have to change my rear middle seatbelt on my 07 5 door 1.8, as its gone faulty. First problem is I can't see how to remove the back of the seat to gain access for the seatbelt fitting/removal proceedure. Any thoughts, please.....Thank you

My '06 5-door USA hatchback, doesn't have a shoulder belt for the middle seat in the rear......only a lap belt. You flip up the lower section of the rear seat, and the belt for the middle bolts on right there.

If you have a different setup, a picture might help.

The UK and the rest of the world except North America get the new design of Focus, so it isn't the same set up as ours. Hopefully someone local to you can assist.
I'm thinking if you fold the backrest forward and remove the rear panel, that will allow you access. However, as mentioned earlier, it may be covered under warranty.

In the US, middle passengers get separated discs, whiplash, and possible head injuries. Death to the ones in the middle!!!!
