Rear Seat Removal

I am trying to remove the rear seat in a svt. I can access the front bolts in the brackets with the seats up but I can not access the rear bracket bolts. With the seats down there is not enough room between the bolt and seat to insert the torx socket and ratchet. Is there a trick to this? What am I missing? The manual simply states to remove the bolts. Thanks.

if it is the same in an 07 then yes.... fold the seats down and in between the seats is a torx that holds the seat to the pivot point.. remove this and pull the seat out, now you can access the other bolts to remove the brackets.. that is if it is the same in an 07' lemme kno how you make out

I took that torx bolt out but was afraid the whole seat would fall apart. Sounds like once this bolt is out you only move the seat enough to reach the back bracket bolts. I will try it again. Thanks.
