Hey you said you got the euro radio conversion from ebay? Was it ebay US or Uk? I have been looking for one of those for months now!

yeah, the pics look different between the start and finish. there IS alot of angle.

what kind of tubing did you use? PVC? ABS?

A UK radio fill panel kit from UK ebay.
Pipe is plastic electrical conduit from the hardware store.
Not sure of it's composition.

Here's one of the cut-outs for the OEM retaining screws by the side of the radio sleeve.


And here it is. Installed and fitted.
I hadn't installed the radio yet, but the fit is superb.
The wife likes it too.

What kinda button are you going to use? I really like the Ford GT button, found a good deal on it too, normally around $150, found it for $80 with harness. Intended for 05-09 'Stang, don't see why it wouldn't work for a focus though....
