The brochure doesn't mean anything. The Wayne plant had a lot of downtime and didn't switch over until mid January.

My car didn't have any stickers pertaining to Job 1 or Job 2 when I bought it.

It's on the window sticker. On the right hand side where it lists all the options. If it's a Job #1, there is nothing there. It will only show up if it's Job #2.

If you don't have the trunk release, you don't have a Job #2.

My SES has the trunk release and outside temperature gage, but I don't see the Job #2 on the window sticker I'm holding. Build date 02-09

Yours is a Job#2. They must not have printed it on the window sticker like they usually do.

Like before, if it has the trunk release button, it's a Job#2. My buddy at the assembly plant says they started running them sometime around the end of January, beginning of February.

You can add a trunk button by splicing into the light blue wire and a 12 volt power source. You can find the blue wire in the harness that is pictured above. (the one that has the plastic lever.

Just left of the fuse panel. I believe its the only plug that has a release on it. If you supply 12 volts to the light blue wire it will release your trunk latch. I've not tested it to see if it will release while transmission is in drive.
