I dont think its broken, steel doesnt break in a perfectly straight clean line like glass or a brittle subtance, it would be extremly bent and knarled up around the break, plus this steel is heat treated for flexibilty.

Does the ride feel any diffrent?

riding this car is new to me, riding a ford too... so yes the car doesn't feel like having a good suspension setup

front suspension sometime bump up on pothole, make somes weird noise, but I can't compare.... maybe these is all normal

That spring is definitely broken. There is no doubt in my mind. That rubber collar is there for that very reason in case the coil spring breaks it won't go through the back of your tire. The rubber collar stops it from coming completely apart. There is an extended warranty on the front coil springs for 10 years or 150,000 miles. I would take it to the dealer as soon as possible and get both of the front coil springs replaced and the alignment checked for free under the extended warranty. Hope this info helps.
