I can get the specs tomorrow. Not sure off the top of my head. I know it's a t3/t04e. .63 ar I think. I got used from another member on here. Like I said I'm not fully tuned but its about 275 whp at 10 psi. The turbo is capable of 350+. Pretty sure it made over 350 on the other guys car.

The spa manifold is great. Just don't bother jet hot coating it, it just comes off. I did have to make a custom adapter to positions the turbo front and down to clear the block. Tom told me I need a different exhaust housing which will tuck it up and clear stock fans. I just haven't changed it yet. I will find the website I got my turbo from and post it tomorrow. Oh you do need a regular zetec oil dip stick and tube.

I run a .63ar housing and a spa manifold. It smoked for a day cuz it was touching my pcvvalve. But its fine now

coating will not work ? do you mean coating will peel off I am actually looking to cat it pretty soon, I have an original zetec

I had the manifold coated with jet hot costing. It's like a powder coating that hold up to higher temps. But the spa manifold is t completely smooth so it peeled off the first time it ran.

Honestly I've been workin on mine for like 3 years now. Between building, tuning and starting a family and buying a house I don't have time to work on it. I would have left it stock if I could do it again at leaste for a while. I would highly recommend using Toms DIY kit or a actual kit. I custom did mine and that's what I think gave me so manny issues. Like slim fans don't cool enough in traffic cutting the summer. But you live and learn. Shit happens. I'd rather help someone not do the same things I did. I would get a PVC kit and run it to a catch can. Gives more clearance. I'd just buy a car that's turbo from the factory. Like the new st. There is a us version of the RS in the works too. They are so much raiser to upgrade.

I have forged internals
I have spent a lot alredy
I have toms diy but willing to rework it - some aluminum tubing and bigger down pipe
the only thing I'm stuck right now is turbocharger that will bolt up to SPa mani
