Why skimp of a filter? Honestly, I am not going to trust that a crappy autozone brand filter is going to keep even small cats out of the motor...

^So true. With my ITG filter I no longer have to worry about cat-lock, so now I don't even bother avoiding them on the road, in fact I drive around looking for them

You said Spectre so...I imagine there is a shelf with Spectre stuff on it and the associated filter right? Was there a specific filter size or pipe diameter I should look for?

Thanks in advance for the help!

I just got a 60 degree fitting a 90 degreefitting and a blue filter. dont have the part numbers or anything cause I probably threw them away, or the kids destroyed them.

Plan on changing to the FS Werks later so this set up is temporary thats why I use spectre. It works good, no problems so far and its been raining really hard here this week.

i tried this but i had issues getting the filter and pipes not to rub or hit on the frame? I didn't put much effort into resolving it... now when you joined the 60 and the 90 are they twisted or flat?

So I took the car autocrossing with the intake on and of coures the wife was video taping and got a really cool shot of the focus going by at WOT. It sounds way better out side the car than it does inside.
