aftermarket gauge faceplate?'s
where can I get one website wise for my 01 zx3? mine is without the tach as well since its an auto.? also anyone have them? I wanna know that it dont mees up the speedometer or mess up mileage or anything. cause some do on certain cars anyone have one and know?

If you want a gauge layover I found some nice silver ones like what I'm using for a decent price on ebay. Mine has lasted since 05 so far.

no the faceplat to go over the gauge faceplate to make it a different color during the day and night.

to my knowledge a face plate will not effect the odometer, i have some friends who have put inlays on there cars and one the speedo will stick at times and the other ran out of gas once because he didnt put the needles back on correctly now it works just fine. If you do put a inlay on id highly recommend taking your time and making sure you re install everything correctly.

I got a white face gauge overlay on ebay for like $30. It fit real nice with a bit of easy modification. Check out my pics and see for yourself. I think it was well worth it and wouldn't go back.

I think you're talking about the glow gauges, I love 'em..you can get them off eBay. I purchased one for my tach, the markings light up different when you turn on your dash lights.
Currently on eBay w/tach -exactly what I got: FORD FOCUS 00-04 SILVER REVERSE GLOW GAUGES w/o tach: 00-04 Ford Focus w/o Tach WHITE GLOW EL GAUGES In regards to the install - lesson learned - you DON'T have to pull out needles; just line up the needles to the openings, carefully bend the the gaugeface and slide on in. I also superglued the back to the OEM face to keep in place. These pics were taken from different clusters as my oem was f'ed up by a guy who supposedly knew how - he pulled out the needles but didn't put them back on properly..screwed up ALL my readings. I did it myself the second time around on a different cluster. Now, these needles have that extra piece of plastic that sticks out at the dial. It takes some careful manpowering agility to get the face through..slowly & carefully it can be done. The different color milage display was me trying different looks til I stuck with red. The darker pics are actually me playing with the dimmer (also on eBay).
