new header, especially a 4-2-1, will be a very very noticable difference.

..unfortunatley no!

If you find a junkyard SVT, you might as well grab the Cat converter and the exhaust......

Peace...

Now what do you mean by an exhaust. I have a flex and a magnaflow cat back. I like the sound that it makes right now. I know that it will be louder once i get the SVT header, with cat or offroad pipe. But what do you mean exactly?

the exhaust is different till the catback. the zetec flex wont work with the SVT header + cat as a bolt on.

Your standard Zetec flex is a 2.25", while the SVT uses a 2.5". You'd either need to grab the SVT flex at the same time you got the header and cat (quite the find!) or else buy a 2.5" aftermarket flex.

I believe that you're wrong in saying that zetec flex is 2.25" I have a bosal 2.25" and i compared them before i put them on and the bosal was bigger.

I also called mcnewautomotive and they said that within a month they're going to get an offroad pipe going that will fit with zetec's with the SVT header. He also quoted my like $450 for the SVT Header, Offroad Pipe and 02 extensions. Doesn't seem like a bad deal with the Volant Intake is $250 + shipping. Basically for $200 more i can finish up my exhaust and get some really noticably gains.
