It's not an underdrive pulley... it's a lightweight stock-size pulley.

Quick update: the manifold has been tapped for the IAT sensor, but the shop informed me that the two press fittings in the manifold had lost their seal and would no longer be airtight. I debated having them removed and tapped for brass fittings, but with Orange's assurance, decided I had wasted enough time already and epoxied them in place. I'll deal with them later, but they'll work for now.

So the manifold is FINALLY on the car, after stripping and replacing a stud... it never freaking ends. I bolted the starter back in (not exactly easy), bolted up the bypass valve with a new gasket and silicone hose, and hooked up the brake booster line.

I also assembled the fuel rail so that's ready to go, and did some trimming of the throttlebody gasket to maximize airflow. I'm getting twitchy not having driven the car for over a month now!

More drama: missing a washer of all things, and the IACV bolts. Why is this drama? Because I don't have any that will fit! Off to the store yet again. LOL
