MidWest Crew Logo (info and feedback)

I posted this in the MidWest crew thread, but...

I talked to the company that gives my summer job all of our decals for the SCCA cars.

She said it would probably be $100 to render a logo for us, or $100 to change something we make to work with her program. Either way.

I am wanting shirts and decals, but I cannot afford to throw away $100 on this rendering. They will make anything with the logo on it we want (jackets, to full car wraps with the logo, to stationary). Endless possibilities.

I would be willing to put $20 on the rendering. I know we have had several of us working on this for a while, but this can be done by Friday if we gave it to them today. So, who would be willing to give to the cause? What would we want to be in the rendering? I am just looking for feedback, and I know we are not afraid to give feedback.

This is just one option, I looked into it so I thought I would let everyone know what I found out. Just like everything else the more we would order at one time we would get a bigger discount. No orders now just feedback.

Like I said in the other thread...I am done with throwing in some money too get some sort of a design.

Just let me know what I need to do.

Um.... i don't really care.

i was going to have a friend design some stuff cause he makes webs sites (good ones) he's incredibly talented. I also worked on something but i haven't finished.

I'd be willing to do 10-20 if we can get enough other people to do it and get the ball rolling. then hopefully recoup those costs as other buy items, just tack on $1-2 to the order, just an idea.

Not yet, the initial cost is $100, if I get enough people to say they will cough up some change then I will go ahead and tell her to make the logo.

I also want to know what you guys want as part of the logo? I was thinking several foci with our region as part of the background. With the capital cities marked. She said she could do all of this.

Let me know what you guys think so far I have 3 people donating to the cause.
