Lightbulb custom SVT heat sheilds..product intrest thread

ok i have received approval from Tom and (thanks to) norcalfocus01 to
make a product intrest thread for some custom svt heat sheilds.
i made one for my svt about a year ago and i put some pics up
and had alot of people tell me that they would buy them from me if i made them one..
and i have had a few people at meets ask about buying one too

(the old post)
http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=185395

and a old pic of the cover but a good pic

engine bay pics

im looking into making about 10-20
at like $50 for the shield and stainless steel bolts for it
shields will be made of stell and painted with high heat paint
Black or
Silver you can pick
i could make the shields out of stainless but it would be a little more
then $50

let me know what you think of price and
if you would be intrested in one
thanks

do you have a shot of the entire engine comartment? will the black paint chip? looks pretty good and i am sure it will clean up the engine compartment.

Whoa! Those engine bay pics are sweet. I think I want one. How much to do one UNpainted? (I'd then get it powdercoated.)

How hard REALLY is the stock one to remove?

to shepski

thanks, well to paint one is maybe a doller of paint or so..
so not painted is not realy cheaper...
might be able to work something out
like less on shipping ??maybe

but if you want one not painted i could do that for you..

the stock one is a pain in the @ss to get off
i had to cut it up a little to get it out

I am in!!! These look really good, I had planned on having my header ceramic coated but still wanted to keep some sort of heat shield on it, and to me this shield looks more attractive than just the header sitting there...

I think $55 shipped would be the perfect price...

Like the last line of your sig as well lol, modifying mine this instant...
