2001 Focus labor times + socket size for spark plugs?

Hi there!
I'm a new proud owner of 2001 SE DOHC wagon.
The beauty has 140K on it so I'm getting it back to shape. And though I kinda trust my mechanic with work quality I would still like to know if he charges me appropriately.
So could any of you guys let me know how much labor I should be charged for timing belt (+tensioner and idlers) replacement and oil pan gasket replacement?

The other thing is I'm going to dare and exchange the plugs myself ;)
What size socket I'm going to need for Bosch Platinum Ir Fusion plugs?

plug socket was 5/8" i believe. I used the copper Motorcrafts. I had to special order them from Advance Auto Parts. They are close to the best plugs you can get for performance/economy.

The timing belt with tensioner and idler is 3.5 labor hrs. Oil pan gasket is 2.7 labor hrs.
