Mustang TB on '05 2.0 Duratec HE (Euro) - Custom installation

I got this throttle body the last 7 years.. Its used on Mustangs and F150 US pic up vans. It is working almost like stock but gives much better throttle responce and top speed. It is working perfectly on focus. We tried it at also at fiestas ST150 but need it ecu remaping.

Hey Folks, moved this to the Duratec 2.0 '08-'11 section for you (duratec just got split between the ones with throttle cables & the newer ones with electronic throttles).

Some info from the other duratec section should still be of help, at least this is better than the zetec area.

duratec vs. zetec gets to be a real question worldwide as the names are used interchangeably in different areas. We define the duratec as those with the timing chain instead of timing belt for easiest identification.

Nice adapter for the Mustang TB, make that yourself?

Is that on a 2.0 version now?

I'm thinking of making your post on the mustang throttle body a new thread, since it's attached to one form '09 right now & might be missed by folks interested in it.

Nice.

I'm sure this will get some looks, love to see what other tricks you've got up your sleeve ( those other mods).

I'll clean this up later to remove the references to the other thread, title look good for now?

Also this is an easy and very cheap way to avoid the malfunction on the flaps of the inlet manifold and make it work "forever" like new..
