Auxiliary Power point fuse? 2008 focus

So I have looked in my manual and found the power point and front power point listed as 20amp fuses in the fuse box under the hood. The power point is the new name for the cigarette lighters just for power not lighting cigarettes. Anyway it says fuse 3 and fuse 15. Based on the square shape in the diagram they may be relays, but that seems odd to me. Anyway so I looked in the box under the hood and one of the fuse spots is empty and the other seems fine as I switched it with the fuse next to it and the power point still had no power and nothing else is having issues. I looked in the fuse box on the inside of driverside and see many 20amp mini fuses and pulled a few suspects, no broken fuses, a few with the metal with a little brown tint but seemingly no damage. The believe I blew the fuse when I used a random gps charger and it was skipping in and out of power and then all of a sudden stopped working, as do all my other chargers in the car now. Any help on where to find the correct power point fuse would be helpful.

the brownish tint could be a burnt fuse..... i don't know how hard it is to see if they are burnt or broke. i have an 08 myself. very little problems....... anyways.... well..... you could go talk to the dealer or call them and ask them... i would double check all the fuses in the relay (under hood) and the fuse box in the passenger cab..... hope that helps. feel free to pm me....

changed the questionable fuse, no change, really I just need someone with a 2008 ford focus to confirm what fuse/relay is correct

So I figured it out, turns out it wasn't the mini fuse that I expected it to be, instead a square short fuse was and it was as the diagram showed in the engine fuse box etc. Visibly broken wire circles confirmed blown. I went to pepboys didn't have the shorter one so went to autozone and they did, about $4 each, had to have two as both blown. Used a set of pliers to get the old fuses out which was pretty hard but simple to put new ones in and now work great.
