There is no "head side". It goes into the intake manifold. I played with that tube a bit and never did figure out how it was held in, voodoo I guess.

IIRC the blockoff plate for a Mustang works, mod motor stang, so 96 and up. Part # E69Z-9D440-A

Hmmm i thought the tube went from the header to the sensor (have an o1 with the revised dpfe sensor not on the wirewall) then to the selnoid bolted to the side of the head.....

The space ship connects to the pipe coming from the intake manifold. That is where the block off plate will go. Everything else can be removed. You'll have to cap 1 vacuum port on the manifold IIRC.

what vacuum line do you have to cap? also can you remove the solenoid after as well?

The line that comes from the guy on the firewall. IIRC one line goes to the space ship and the other to the intake, been quite a while since I did mine could be wrong.

But yes, everything comes out. Only left over part is the metal tube on the manifold.
