Popping Noise

I have a popping noise in the front end when I take off and make a right turn. Doesnt do it in reverse when turning right, or any other time. I just got finished replacing the half shafts, seeing as how that was what 5 people thought it would be. Well that didnt fix the problem. Does anyone know what else this might be? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
JFrye

That would either be Bad frame mounts (the bearings that let the springs swivel) or a broken spring

I had the same problem when I went to adjust. coilovers. You might want to check you end links to see if your sway bar isn't popping on and off. And also check your bearing plate on your strut tower could be that as well. I got a bigger sway bar and it went away...lol I don't know what I did though

Well let me ask this. When you jack the wheel up and try to spin it backwards, does it want to spin freely? Mine will spen freely when its straight or turned to the left. But when I try that with it turned to the right it doesnt want to spin freely. It wants to jerk and stop.

Is the strut bearing something that can be easily replaced, or does it need to be taken to shop and have the strut removed?

Anyone else have any info on this? Car is in the shop now. I replaced the axels, but am having a bigger issue now. So while the car is there I might as well see about getting the rest of it fixed.
