SVT Focus vs. Turbo

So, Ive been wondering, If I were to run a smaller turbo, whats the most boost I could run with stock injectors? Go ahead and say don't do it.. but seriously, Ive often wondered this?

No way. Stock injectors are 31 lb/hr so you'd maybe squeeze 4-5lb of boost out of them, probably JRSC w/o BBK numbers

Considering F2 uses 39lb/hr injectors on their Duratec turbo kits and run 11psi... then I would say somewhere are 7-8psi to be safe. I am not sure of the SVT characteristics.

The SVTF has 31# injectors because it has higher compression then the zetec/Duratec. Your not going to get more then 1 or 2 psi before you run out of fuel.

Why is that so amusing? Topspeeds kit uses the GT30 and their STOCK Zetec saw ~275 fwhp (boost unknown) but it started to spool hard at ~4K.

Woohoo, I'm laughin it up now...
