You list it as fitting the 2.3L as well.

Has the system been test fitted?

It has been tried before, a few years back, and the system would not clear the gas tank(4gallons larger). Just curious if the hanger system has been redesigned to clear or a smaller main muffler is being used.

Okay, so if you're information(which you're responsible for suppying, regardless of original source) is completely incorrect, the customer is out of luck?

I was going to give this a chance and possibly just sell it on my own if it didn't fit, but i'd rather take my business to Nopi for an Apexi w/ that kind of customer service.

You are the one that told me it was tested and doesn't fit. They haven't changed it any because they stopped making them. I am not trying to offer bad service but this is a discontinued part and there are normally no returns on those items.

I understand the situation, but even though I can offer intel on the exact fitment, I am not a valid source for correct information w/ approx. build date of the system or any changes made.

I would just ensure to verify fitment on ANY system that I am selling.

Let's say the system was a stocking item. Would you take it back then?

There is normally a 15%restocking fee but if there is a fitment issue they would normally waive that. But since this is discontinued there is no returns.
