Adrian, I hope to see you at the meet, but I also wish your daughter another speedy recovery, as always, if there is ANYTHING I can do, let me know.

So as it sits, we will be meeting at the Target parking lot, rolling up to the mountain, then afterwards......

BBQ idea: sounds great, but keep in mind, South Mountain Park is the worlds largest city park and a natural preserve. They REALLY don't appreciate open fires or BBQ's up there...we did it last time but I would hesitate to do it again.

If we hit the mountain at noon, that leaves plenty of time to do pretty much anything we want up there, then head out to do just about anything, my suggestion is we go get something to eat at Gallaghers then head out to the pavillions car show. Now this makes things tricky as different people attending have different time limits. That said, I think the best way to handle this is:
Meet at target at 11, roll to the mountain at 12. Have fun at the mountain, head out to eat at Gallaghers. From there, everyone talk about what to do next, and proceed. Having a well made plan is always great, but sometimes things don't work as planned.

For those of you who would like to attend but might be coming late, please PM me your cell number and I will give you mine, that way you can check in when your ready to join us and I can update you with what is going on and where we are.
