PCV hose

want to change my pcv valve and also read that you should replace one of the tubes as it is known to collapse. Anyone know the part # of the tube? The dealer wasn't much help here and said $40 for the hose assembly..

I got one not to long ago the part # is xs4z6n664ba this is for the upper one, there is a lower one too. The upper one is the one that tends to go bad. The cost was $23.80 plus tax. Hope this helps you out, and good luck. 2003zts
