timing belt or chain?

hi does anyone know if i have a timing belt or chain in my 2003 focus SE 2.3L also does anyone know if its a interference motor or non? i have around 80K miles on it my buddy said its like 100k miles for belt and more for chain.

I checked the Ford manual, but didnt see anything, but id say appx. every 120k miles.

Duratec = Chain
Zetec/Svt = Belt
correct me if i'm wrong...

Um.....timing chains don't require regular changing intervals. It should last the lifetime of the engine. I've owned two cars with timing chains and both engines had over 200,000 miles on them, and the chains were fine.
