Good pics.

In the summer, I'd get a garden sprayer and keep water in it to cool your tires in between runs when it gets hot out. It'll help you grip better as the day goes on.

Oh, and are you checking your tire pressure often and marking the tires for sidewall roll?

It's probably good to do that so you know how much stress you're adding to the sidewall.

I usually run about 40-45 PSI and use a yellow Autowriter to mark my sidewalls. You can also get a tire crayon from an autoparts store that will work too.

I gotta get my car back into running shape so I can get back out there and AutoX.

I've got the SVT header but I've gotta find either the ORP or a SVT cat and flex.

I've also gotta get the alternator fixed.

The one I ran into at the track ... well he was happy that Homedepot had pipes ... Just imagine.

We didn't get pics of his engine ... but it was quite scary to stand by his car with the hood open.

Thanks man ... you know me ... well sort of ... I love pictures.

Yeah man ... get back into it ... and maybe you can jump in to houston and run with us ... and we can go visit you and run with you.

I am addicted now ... I have already set up next months run. (there are 2 in March here actually)

Also I found out that houston has ... 9 ST CLASSES !!!

... ST: A-F, O, U, X ... right ... crazy alphabet soup there. ... I did STX this round and will do STF next month. (X is class between Modified and Prepared) (O is an all out on street tires) (U is between Stock and 75% bolt ons) .... I know ... confusing and I had to sit with 3 different instructors to get those right.

I keep reading the hand book ...

YUP, so one of the guys I was talking too, actually said I could compete in 6 of the 9 ... obviously the STA (equivalent STS) is the STRAIGHT UP Stock class ... But everything else is game.

Glad you got the classing figured out. I still don't get SOME of the classes... LOL

I'm trying to undo some of the mods on my car so I can get out of such a high class.

It just makes me chuckle when people say that they want to mod their car before going out there. What a terrible idea. If I had known that I'd be autocrossing years ago, I would have never touched my car. I would have left it all stock.

If any of you guys who are reading this have that same idea, just know that the more mods you have, the higher the class you get ranked..and before you know it, you're running against STI's....and that's no picnic.
