i do have to say that having all the pics and info right there at the front is kinda nice, seems like some of the little details may have slipped by, but at least we got the best duratec thread back.

im not sure yet... but rods and pistons may be ordered when tax money comes in... but we'll have to see how it all goes... im hoping maybe late summer early fall is my guestamate... but everything is always up in the air... such as if someone were to offer me a good deal for the block and head, it would be gone in a heart beat... lol
but.... smallish update... just to keep it going... took a quick picture of my mom's new car... its an 09 corolla, same as her red one that i changed the belt on...  heres a picture of the new stud i got in from ARP  didnt take any pictures putting in the new stud after removing the marred one, but heres the wife relubing the counterweights with assembly lube  i also decided to put a couple of pieces on... 2 chain guides, and the tensioner and the sprocket.... then i wrapped it up and put it away   i also installed a new o-ring on the dipstick and then put it back away
