Help! Need an SVT JRSC throttle cable bracket

My throttle cable bracket nearly snapped in two today and I desperately need it replaced. Does anyone have a spare? I'll be calling Moss tomorrow.

I tried to get a bracket from them about 2 months ago and they said they didn't have any. I had to take my stock throttle cable bracket and make it fit for the jrsc.

It happens far too often on the SVT JRSC.

They are not too difficult to make; I made one out of much thicker steel. There is no way its breaking. Not the prettiest thing in the world though. some more of the metal could be cut off and it could be powder-coated to make it look nice.

I tried to find one but they weren't around, plus they keep breaking which to me means make one that's stronger.

here's a pic:

and a paint drawing that shows the basic idea of the cutout.

Thanks iceberg. I actually sent a bunch of pics to fabrication guru Dominic to get one made, so he may very well be offering these to whoever needs them at some point.

That's a great idea; they really aren't hard to make. I used a grinder, vice, hammer, drill and dremel. Took less then an hour.
